The court had handed down its decision on the committal today. It found sufficient evidence against Ne'e who is being accused of inciting a riot and intimidation. The charges relate to the April riots following the election of Snyder Rini as prime minister. The preliminary inquiry to find if there is sufficient evidence to commit the case to the High Court ended on Monday. The court is yet to make a decision on whether there is sufficient evidence to commit east Honiara Member of Parliament Charles Dausabea to stand trial at the high court. He is also being accused of charges relating to inciting the April riots and threatening violence.
